Dallas Cowboys to trade, not release, QB Tony Romo. Houston Texans trade QB Brock Osweiler to the Cleveland Browns. The San Francisco 49ers are expected to sign QB Brian Hoyer, WRs Pierre Garcon and Marquis Goodwin, and fullback Kyle Juszczyk. The Cowboys initially were reportedly going to release Romo on Thursday and allow him to become a free agent. Chicago Bears to release QB Jay Cutler.
