Two New Jersey and New York police unions have pledged to pay the fine of Tennessee Titans linebacker Avery Williamson if he wears custom cleats designed to honor victims of the 9/11 attacks during a game Sunday.The NFL has threatened to fine Williamson if the linebacker wears the cleats during the game against the Minnesota Vikings.The Sunday game is taking place on the 15th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
